If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help. Please read our return policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

Unused and in their original condition
In original packaging (if applicable)
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels. You may use any courier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as DiyCraftStore is not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Cut-to-length trims or laces (custom cut orders)
Sale or clearance items
Items marked as final sale

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
